Events will be held in the Global Launch Lounge too. It is a great place to do reporting from.

All material will be available on a GES 2019 YouTube channel and on a dedicated platform, free of charge. Raw material/footage will also be available free of use. For technical questions please email to email@example.com.

The conference is taking place in a populated area near the city center of The Hague. High-density multi- carrier cellular/mobile/GSM coverage is widely available throughout the area surrounding the conference venue.
Coverage will also be available inside the conference venue through a distributed antenna system. Depending on your phone plan, you can roam with several Dutch providers and have access to a high-speed data service. Please note that roaming rates will apply to foreign subscriptions.
The Dutch Agentschap Telecom ensures undisturbed telecommunications and coordinates the frequency use in the Netherlands and grants permits for this.
It is the responsibility of broadcasters to apply for licenses for their frequencies as soon as possible, at least 10 working days in advance of the summit. Requests can be made at https://www.agentschaptelecom.nl/documenten/formulieren/2017/april/4/application-form-for-the- use-of-frequencies-during-events-in-the-netherlands.
All broadcast RF-equipment will be scanned on arrival at the entrance of the venue and marked with a sticker for approval. Broadcasters who fail to obtain such approval stickers on their equipment will lose their accreditation.
Any equipment and activities that can interfere or disturb radio frequencies are strictly forbidden by law in the Netherlands. Such activities will be monitored both at the conference venue and at hotels.
